Opening up the package, the power supply can be found nestled snugly surrounded by custom foam supports.As you can see, all of the power supply�s cables are hard-wired onto the supply instead of being modular.While I enjoy the convenience of modular cables, they typically add more resistance and thus decrease the efficiency of the supply.With this supply�s advertising 80% efficiency, I�m not surprised that these cables are wired permanently to the supply.
