Roccat Kave XTD Gaming headset

Software:

Roccat Kave XTD Gaming headset main control

I don’t really have anything to complain about when it comes to Roccats software since it always works great; it is loaded with features and settings.

The main control tab allows you to change volumes and modes.

Roccat Kave XTD Gaming headset advanced tab

The advanced tab  is a bit well more advanced; here you can play around with various settings like audio, bass etc.

Roccat Kave XTD Gaming headset EQ

The equalizer is a nice feature, there are some presets but if you don’t like them play around and save your settings in a profile.

Conclusion:

I have to start out with saying that this is a nice headset with a steep pricetag. I believe 160$ is a bit to much for a headset even though it has a nice remote and cool features.

Otherwise, the sound was crips and clear and it overall felt good listening to music and playing games. I thought it lacked a tad of bass even after playing around with the EQ though.

I thought it was nice though and the sound features worked great, the bluetooh function also is awesome while gaming which gives these and extra boost when comparing to others.

Lightweight, quite durable and nice looking, a winning combo and it they can fix the small flaws they would have some really nice winners on their hands.

Pros:
Comfortable
+ Light weight
+ Nice looking
+ Bluetooth to smartphone
+ Remote

Cons:
–
Non removable cable
– Price (~160$)
– Lack of bass
