Closer look
Looking the front and the top of the case it shows us some interesting points of the case. While usually the power switch and reset switch are in the front panel, Coolermaster has decided to put those on the top casing. This might be nice for those who have the computer laying on the floor, but for those who have the computer on their table, the switches are hard to use. Front side of the case has four 5.25" slots and 2x USB, Microphone, Speakers and ESATA slots which are placed in the upper part of the front panel.
The back of the case has the usual seven expansion slots for addon cards plus the eighth slot on the right side of the back for USB or some other addon module which uses the pinheaders on the motherboard. Backside has also holes for watercoolers tubes which is nice to see in cases. Something you should keep in mind if using watercooling. The bottom of the case has space for another fan for added cooling performance.
Looking inside the case we see the usual space for motherboard itself. HAF922 is large enough for even the largest ATX motherboards on market so you shouldn't worry if your motherboard fits in or not. The powersupply is meant for the bottom of the case which seems to be a trend in the more expensive cases nowdays. The roof of the case is bundled with huge 200mm fan for improved cpu and motherboard cooling.
5.25" devices are locked by using screwless method. You just put the device in and press the button in case to lock the device. Simple and easy.
