Closer look at the card
Looking inside at the accessories box we can see that we get a cd with drivers and some MSI software, a slip with advertisement and also a manual that will explain to you how to install the card and how to install the software from the cd. If you looked at the box itself you will have seen that there was a sticker that revealed that you get a full version of Tomb Raider with the card. Adapter wise you get a VGA to DVi and a HDMI to DVI adapter.
Since this card uses two 6 pin power cables they have included a molex to PCI-E power adapter. You also get a S-video to component adapter, and of course a normal S-video cable. The card itself is big, where the keyword is BIG. If you got a small case with no room in it this might not be the best choice, it's quite thick with the new cooling technology and it's very long so make sure there is room behind the PCI-E plugin.
The heatsink is equipped with two fans that are controller by a sensor, this means that the fans slow down as the card gets cooler and that way lower the noise. On the right picture we can see the new heatpipes that they advertise on the box, they seem to be way thicker than normal and hopefully they will end up doing their job well.
The power plugins are placed on the top of the card for easy access. We can see that they have done a great job on the heatsink part of the cooler, although it's not copper.
