You can connect any of your computers to this and have wireless LAN on it. For example you can have this mounted and ready to go in the kitchen and all you have to do is to connect your laptop or second computer to this and you will have it ready to roll on the network right away and wireless on top of it. ![]() X-Micro Router, USB Lan adapter, PCMCIA wireless cardPosted on: 3/28/2008 12:00:00 AMEveryone has propably screamed at those annoying cables that goes from your router/switch to all over the house. Wireless is the answer to that problem. We got a wireless router with a wireless USB lan card and a PCMCIA card which makes up a whole wireless set. X-Micro was nice to send us all this for review. Its going to be very intresting to see how far this can reach and how fast we can transfer files over a wireless network. Stay tuned for tonites review. |
