It was quite awhile ago I heard something from Zalman but now I have finally got a nice looking sample of their latest cpu cooler named CNPS9500 LED. It's basically a silent cpu cooler with a led fan, but as we all know Zalman stands for something more than that. They are the experts on quiet products and therefore it will be interesting to see how this cpu cooler will perform during our tests.

I like the boxes you get your Zalamn products in as you always can see the product first through the plastic cover. It's well packed though and you don't have to worry about getting a damaged cooler in any way. On the back and on the sides you have either features or specifications.

Included with the cooler itself is mounting kits for several different computers, you can for example runs this on S754, Intel s775 and s939 so you can even change to either Intel or AMD and keep the cpu cooler. The manual included explains very well all the stages when it comes to mounting the cooler on the different sockets.

As said before the manual is excellent with great information and pictures for installation, it's actually quite easy to install this even though there are several parts for each socket. They also include a 3 pin extension cable so you use the included fan controller which really quiets the fan severely.
