Extensive Service Offerings
Ultra Products constantly searches for opportunities to grow and to improve its services to meet the customer's changing needs. Customer service begins, rather than ends with the sale. And our relationship with the customer continues to build from there. Packaging:
Ultra packages the X4 in a glossy full color cardboard box. The front of the box shows the front of the power supply along with some of the modular cables. It also lists a few features: 80 Plus certified, Active PFC, Low Noise, Fully Modular, and a 135mm fan.

The rear of the packaging lists the included items.
One side of the box shows some verbiage about Ultra’s support, and the other side lists the included modular cables.
Upon opening the box, one is greeted initially with the user manual. Strangely, the 600W model is supplied with a full color manual, while the 1050W model substitutes a black and white manual. Not a big deal, because really nobody is really going to look at the manual, especially once the power supply is installed.
