The Coolink Chipchilla chipset cooler comes in a see-thru plastic package with the cooler prominently displayed in front of a cardboard backing. The back of the package offers a list of features and specification in a number of different languages.

The cooler is made of copper (base and heat pipes) and aluminum (cooling fins) and has a colorful 60mm fan attached to it.Along with the cooler, the package comes with two types of mounting brackets, installation manual, and some thermal compound.

Looking at this cooler, it looks more like a CPU cooler than a chipset cooler; the large number of radiator fins and heat pipes should provide enhanced thermal.

The bottom of the cooler has a machined, smooth finish that we�ve come to expect with any well-designed cooler.The cooler�s base is slightly larger than the Northbridge chipset.
