AMD Phenom II X3 705e

SuperPi does not support multi-threading so Phenom II X3 705e makes around seven seconds faster time than last generations Phenom X4 9500. The reason is simple, 705e runs at 2.5GHz while 9500 runs only at 2.2GHz. Also some architectural changes in Phenom vs Phenom II will make a bit difference in this test.

AMD Phenom II X3 705e

In 8M test we see similar results as in 1M test. X3 is a way faster in singlethreaded applications. In 8M test X4 gets beaten by X3 with over an minute. This is something that surprised me quite a bit since X4 is only 300MHz slower than the X3 were testing.
