First look at the Odin 550W

We are looking at a power supply in todays review, Gigabyte sent us a sample of their Odin GT 550W unit. We are going to compare it vs some similar PSU´s on the market both during idle and full load. Lets take a closer look and see what we can expect from this unit.

The Odin GT comes packed in a big box with black and blue color theme. It also has a handle so you can easily carry it around, on the back they have printed a picture of the unit itself and added a bunch of features and specifications.

Since this is a modular PSU you will have all the cables packed in their own little compartments in a plastic type of cable holder. The cables are color coded with the PSU so you know where to plug them in. This PSU also offers a cool software function that is linked with some gages that are included with the PSU, for that you need some extra cables that are included. The black cables are for various functions that we are going to look at later in the review.
