First look at the Asus Pro61s

Today it´s once again time for a laptop review, Asus sent us a sample of their brand new Pro61s laptop. With features as a Cire T5850 cpu, N Wifi, 16 inch screen, and 4570 videocard this really seems to be a killer. We are going to look at the screen, performance, and battery time in this review so lets have a closer look at what we can squeeze out of it.

Asus No.1 in quality it says on the box, that is something we are going to look at in this review. Inside I found a manual , waranty card, and a s-video adapter.

Inside you will also find a bundle of cd´s with drivers and software. The manuals explain everything there is to know about this laptop. I actually found more manuals and cd´s in this laptop than any of the previous ones I have ever looked at.

I tried translating this with Google translator and it seems you cant install Win7 drivers? I know Vista drivers work in alot of cases, have you tried them?

Habe das Asus PRO61SV von SATURN mit VISTA. Versuch, WIN7 aufzuspielen gelang, läauft auch gut. Lehnt aber fast ale Treiber der CD ab, kein W-LAN,Bluetooth u.a,was kann man machen. Bei ASUS nichts gefunden, danke HJ
