Most videocards come with only one PCI-E power plugin but this card has two and they make sure to mention that you have to have power cables plugged into both for the card to work. That is also the reason why you get two adapters in case your powersupply does not have two connectors. The two 1/4 tubings go from the H20 part to the card and connect to the waterblock mounted on the core of the videocard. There is also a fan mounted right beside the waterblock to remove the excess heat from the block.

Time to check out the watercooling part of the card. The tank/pump comob has a nice fillport on the side and also a small window that shows when its time to fill up the tank again. On the top on the other hand you got a low/high speed setup on the fan. Personally I like it as quiet as possible but during summer I guess alot of people have to run it at high speed.

Testing:

Intel Extreme X6800
MSI K9N Neo-F motherboard
OCZ PC2 8500 2*1024MB
Asus 8800GTX Aquatank
Maxtor IDE 133 80GB HDD 7200 RPM
Zalman ZM460-APS

We used the following software to benchmark the card with, 3dmark2005, 3dmark2006, Call of Duty 2, Battlefield 2 and X3 Reunion Demo.

Cards we compared vs in this test at Asus 8800GTS and MSI RX1950XT.

3dmark2005:

This first bencmark really shows some promising numbers. The GTX beat the GTS by around 2500 points.

3dmark2005 4X Anti Aliasing:

Running a test with Anti Aliasing on we know requires alot more from your videocard. We can here see that the other cards dropped quite a bit in performance while the GTX card only dropped about 800 points.

3dmark2006:

3dmark2006 is the latest edition to benchmarking software from Futuremark. We know that their latest is always very demanding for the computer and we can see here tha thte older RX1950XT cannot keep up at all and to be able to break 10000 points you will need a GTX card or a overclocked GTS card.
