The box is pretty straight forward. The front is clear so you can see exactly what you're getting. On the back you have its descriptions and features.

Along with being a normal USB2.0 cable, the Starlet is also UV reactive with blue LEDs on the male/female connectors. At almost six and a half feet long it can pretty much reach anything you need it to, and to take up the slack they've given you a velcro strap.

Here you can see how bright the LEDs are on the connectors, which are type A to type B male. Sadly I don't have a UV light to see the cable itself glow, but you can imagine.
Conclusion:
It works just as well as any other USB 2.0. So if what you're looking for is in fact a glowing USB cable with LEDs on the end; then this is perfect for you.
