The package is made of plastic which is see through. As I have said before, it's always nice to see what you actually buying or what you have bought before you open the package. We have the indicator right in the middle, the included extra barbs at the bottom and at the back we have a little black box again with included installation guides etc. Features are printed on the front of the sheet, and we have it's specifications at the back. Let's move on!

Two installation guides are included, a screw and a nut, the indicator and the extra 3/8" and 1/2" quick connection barbs. The 1/4" barbs are already installed on the indicator.
The indicator is a very simple constrution, it's made of four main elements. The base is made of anodized aluminium and then we have the little red propeller which is squeezed between two acrylic covers.

At the left we have a little blurry picture from inside the main aluminium block, some sharp edges over there. To the right you can see two arrows which indicates how you should plug the tubings into this thing, I don't see why you should have to do at that way though. Nothing seems to be in your way if you should decide to set the inlet and outlet the other way around.

Can you find any difference!? Except that the "tail" is on the other side... Well, I can't! :\

Here we have the product itself in action. As I said before, I don't have any fancy UV dye or UV light to show of with. :(
Conclusion:
Well, it works like a charm. It would be cool thought if you could connect this indicator into one of your fan ports and monitor the RPM on that propeller, or you could setup (in BIOS of course) so the computer will shut down if the indicator stops reporting xxxxRPM, which most of the newer motherboards do. With some calculations you could found out the actually flow too, I think. :) Anyhow, I miss some variation on the color at this product too, as on the tank we just checked out. I will give this product 3 of 5 possible stars, since it isn't really a necessery thing to have installed and it lacks of some cool features like similar products have like that RPM thing. Thanks for reading, and have a nice day!
Pros:
+ It works as the way it ment to
+ Included 3/8" and 1/2" barbs, which are very easy to swap to
Cons:
- I would like see the same product in some other colors like black, orange etc
Red&Blackness gives it 3 out of 5 dots
Was anything left out?! - Discuss this in our forums
Thank you Thermaltake for making this review possible
