Thermalright Hr-05 chipset cooler
For those of you who must suffer the fate of sleeping in the same room as their computer; it's important to not only keep it cool, but to keep it quiet. That's why today I'll be reviewing Thermalrights new passive chipset cooler, the HR-05. With the use of a single heatpipe, will the HR-05 be able to keep a nForce 4 Ultra cool without the use of a fan.

The chipset cooler comes in a plain brown box with only Thermalright and the model HR-05 printed on it.

Thermalright has certainly packed the HR-05 well assuring that your product will remain in perfect condition until you're ready to install it.
Packaged with the HR-05 are three different mounting brackets with retention screws, heatsink installation instructions, as well as fan mounting instructions, a tube of thermal paste and a Thermalright sticker.
