Overclocking:
On the graph below you can see what type of difference overclocking makes for your computer.
With some minor tweaks we were able to start our overclocking race and as we can see at stock speeds a 8M run took 7 min 22 seconds and at 265 FSB the run is down to 5 min 54 seconds. 265FSB was the max that we were able to archieve but I don't think it was the ram that stopped it, it was more our testing processor that did not cut it. Without any major changes we got the ram to 265 stable and 270 where the computer booted but was not able to boot windows, I know that if you are a hardcore overclocked they could get this ram kit a bit higher also.
SuperPi results overclocked:
Conclusion:
I think the numbers speak for themselves, you get awesome stock speeds and you got some very nice overclocking results with this ram kit also.
The lifetime warranty does not make it any worse as you don't have to worry about your ram even under overclocking. You are allowed to run this at 3V which is quite nice for us overclockers. OCZ ram has a quality stamp on the now people know that they get superb ram at a bit higher prices.
If you want a good ram kit that is stable and also overclocks well then get this one and therefore we give it 5 out of 5 and our editors choice award. Two words is almost enough to cover this kit "World class".
Pros:
+ Overclockers extremly well
+ Fast at stock speed
+ Stable
+ Lifetime warranty
