OCZ DDR 3700 Platinum XTC 2GB
Today we look at some new memory sticks from OCZ, as we got their new 3700 Platinum XTC kit for testing.
They have been able to run this at high speeds with low stock latency. It also has EVP (Extended voltage protection) so you can overclock this kit while running ~3V on the ram without eliminating the lifetime warranty. As we see there are loads of nice features with this ram kit but how does it really perform then?

As with all OCZ ram it came packed in a see through plastic cover which allows you to look at the ram before buying it.
On the back you have small logos and some quotes from awards OCZ ram has won in the past.

This ram also have the new heatsink mounted on them, instead of a solid heatsink on top this has small holes so the air circulation in the case can keep the ram cool by cooling the heatsink down on its way out of the case.

The small stickers on each stick display what type of ram it is you have, don't remove this sticker as you will void the lifetime warranty.
On the right picture you can see them mounted on a DFI NF4 Ultra motherboard. I don't think there is much more to say so I feel it's time to get on with the testing part of the review.
