OCZ DDR 3200 2Gb Gold GX XTC
We checked out the fairly new GX series from OCZ and it´s fast we all know that from previous reviews, at least when it comes to the 1Gb kits but what about the 2Gb kits? We got a sample of the new 2GB kit from them that we will be looking closer on today, we will be testing it vs other well performing memory kits and also see what results we can get after some overclocking.

These memory sticks come with the new heatsink design that OCZ released a couple of months ago.
Otherwise they are packed in the standard plasic cover and on the back you have rewards their memory has won in reviews around the world.

The new heatsink design looks alot better than the older one and it also weighs alot less. With this new honeycomb design
the air is let out which ventilates the ram and lets fresh cool air into give better overclocking performance.
On the right picture you see in the middle one of the old heatsinks which were standard on OCZ memory before the new XTC release.
Each of the memory sticks has a little sticker that says what type of memory it is you have.

I have to admit that mounted these are the best looking memory sticks I have ever seen.
It's time for us to take another step into this review and do some testing.
