Lian Li Ps-a750gb Powersupply Review
Now if I asked you guys what Lian Li is most famous for you would probably say aluminum cases which is true; but Lian Li have also been making high quality power supplies for quite some time. Todays test victim is a PS-a750gb PSU from them that we are going to test vs a few high performing units that we have reviewed in the past. This unit though has some nice features like 120 mm fan with smart fan control, PCI-E connectors with bead core protection etc.

If we look at the box which the unit was shipped in we see that it is wrapped in a plastic cover and on the front of the box you can see a picture of the PSU unit itself. On the back you can read about the main features that this unit has. Inside in a small separate compartment you will find the power cable, manual and screws to mount the unit.

Now this PSU is not modular but it seems to have several features that will make up for it. The whole unit is black exceot the Lian Li logo on the PSU itself.
It comes with four 12V rails that pushes out 18A each if needed, this might not be the most powerful one that we have seen but if the rails are stable and the unit is silent it will be a real contender on the market.

In the back Lian Li have mounted a a honeycomb ventilation grill along with the power cable plugin and the On/Off switch. You will also find a flip switch that will turn the leds in the fan on and off.
All the cables are sleeved to increase airflow in the case and to also to make the cables to look better.
