Evercool Laptop cooler
I have never thought a Laptop cooler would be necessary, but today we will have a look to see if it can prove me wrong.
Evercool was nice and sent us this Laptop cooler that is placed under the laptop itself. It's equipped with 4 fans so it should be able to cool the lappy down; but what will the
consequences be? Let's have a closer look.

The unit came in a box that has a big picture of the product itself. It pretty much shows how it works by just showing a few pictures.
This is not an advanced product so no manual is needed :) Inside we found the cooler itself and power cable that is plugged into the USB port.

The cooler is a bit smaller than your laptop size-wise. On the right picture we can see where you plugin the power cable.
This unit runs through the USB port so you will always be able to cool your laptop down.

In the front you can find the On/Off button and the fan speed controller. At maximum rpm the cooler makes a annoying noise. Even at the lowest speed you can hear the noise but the laptop will probably make more noise so you
won't hear it. I would have prefered better fans in this unit. Pabst fans or something that are high quality. It's equipped with four fans that are supposed to run under 24 dB and and move 40CFM air.
The fans run between 1900 and 2600 rpm depending on your setting. On the back there is a sticker with just some general info.

Here we have the cooler mounted under the laptop. It does cool the laptop down but I personally don't have any heat issues whatsoever so this is not something I need.
Conclusion:
This might not be the most necessary product but it does it's job. Todays modern laptops get hotter and hotter so this might be a good addition for cooling down your lappy.
This is portable since it lightweight and is plugged into the USB port. The fans make a annoying sound even at low speed which is the only flaw this prodcut has. The fans really do blow even at low rpm so it
does cool your laptop down. We give this 3 out of 5 for ligtweight and portable laptop cooler,
