Evercool Booster arrived in plastic packing. This makes it easy for you to see the exact product you are about to buy. The front side of the package includes the view of the product itself plus the ability put your wrist in the product just like you would do after buying the product.
Backside of the package offers us some features and specifications of the product and also some pictures how to use it. In upper right corner of the packet you see that booster is available in either black (model no: CWP-B) or white (CWP-W) colors.

Opening the boosters plastic package can be a bit hard. I did manage to open it with scissors and knife, but without proper tools opening it would be near to impossible. However I understand Evercools decision to put the booster in such a package, since it makes it easy for the potential customer to see the product before buying it.
Inside the packet we found USB-power cable, which unfortunately hasn’t USB-pass through function so booster will use one of your USB-slots. Unfortunately there wasn’t any manual included.

Closer look in booster reveals that the fans are Evercools own production with specifications 0.10A @ 5V. At least my own wrist fits well in the booster, but I can’t say for sure if yours will.
Testing:
As said before, my own wrist fits in booster quite well. Booster isn’t too loud to use, however it comes with a cost. The air flow in booster isn’t the best I’ve seen in fans, even though I’m sure it’s enough for a hot summer day. The product should decrease the amount of sweat when playing a long stressful session of your favorite game.
Conclusion::
Evercool has made one of a innovative new product. However I don’t really see a point in making one. This product can be handy in LAN-parties, but in home or office use I can’t imagine any reason why to buy one. All in all, if you want to buy something new and nice to make your friends to look at your computer for minute longer and ask you the question “what’s that?” then by all means, buy this product. I’m sure that in LAN-parties you will get a lot of those questions.
Pros:
+ Looks nice
+ USB-powered
+ Silent
Cons:
- Not very powerful
- Do you really need one of these ?
